ECS Silicone Turbo Outlet / Throttle Body Inlet Hose Set - 4.0T

Upgrade the turbo outlet hose / throttle body inlet hose set on your Audi C7 S6/S7/RS7 or D4 A8/S8 4.0T with our ECS Tuning in-house designed and engineered 4-ply Silicone Turbo Outlet Hose Set. The factory rubber hoses on your 4.0T are known to heat harden and crack over time, causing loss of boost pressure and vacuum leaks. Our ECS Silicone Hose Set was engineered to fit directly in place of the factory hoses while resisting oil, fuel and ozone degradation and are tested up to continuous operating temperatures of 250° Fahrenheit while supporting up to 45psi of pressure.

 

PART DESIGN

• In-house designed and engineered using FARO ARM laser scanning technology and SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling for precision fitment 

• Manufactured from 4-ply fiberglass reinforced gloss black silicone for durability and great looks 

• Stainless steel, smooth band, German style hose clamps are included for a secure connection 

• ECS Tuning logo positioned front and center when the hood is open, with the engine cover removed

We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
